Out Of Your Depth

At first, the game can be a bit tricky to learn. Sharks kill divers very quickly, and once divers have tools like underwater assault rifles or harpoon guns, they can fight back and kill sharks just as quickly. If you're willing to learn how the game's maps are laid out, develop a lot of awareness, and put up with dying as you learn, this won't be a problem. And it's rewarding. Few games do swimming as well as Diver does, which is a relief given its premise! Each map is quick to play, tense, and evolving, as divers obtain new gear and the sharks race against time to hunt and kill them.

Turning The Tables

Overall, both sides in Depth are impressive fun to play and the third-person perspective can make the feeling of being chased (or chasing) quite real. If you're willing to be patient with the game as you learn it, and you care more about atmosphere than raw graphical appearance, you might enjoy Depth.
